TransSib is the most famous train route from Moscow to Vladivostok through the whole Russia. It takes more than six days to travel along the Trans-Siberian.

You have a great opportunity to visit Kazan, if you plan Trans-Siberian travel. Kazan might be a wonderful breakpoint between Moscow and Yekaterinburg. Your one-day city tour can be the following:

Night trains from Moscow and Yekaterinburg arrive in Kazan in the morning. Our professional guide meet you at the train station, then you leave your suitcase at the station and start city-tour with visiting Kazan Kremlin by comfortable car (3-3,5 hours).

After very informative and picturesque sightseeing tour you can try national tatar cuisine in one of the local restaurants or even take part in a home-made culinary master-class, where you will learn how to cook Ochpochmack (a pie with meat, potato, onion and spices) or Tatly (sweet dessert with dried apricots, prunes and nuts wrapped in the slice of apple pastille).

Then you have free afternoon without guide and leave Kazan in the evening.
